As an aggressive player, I have learned a number of valuable lessons while playing over the decades. It doesn’t matter if you prefer to gambling at the ‘bricks and mortar’ type or the many net casinos. The following are my golden rules of gaming, most of which can be looked at as common sense, but if accepted they will assist you in going a long way to leaving with money in your account.

Rule one: Go into a casino with a determined sum that you are ready and can manage to use – How much would it cost for a night out on diner, cocktails, entrance fees and tips? This is a good value to use.

Rule two: Do not take your cash card out with you – or any other way of withdrawing money out. Don’t be concerned about money for the taxi if you lose it all; most cab drivers, notably the ones booked at casinos, will take you to your apartment and will be more than happy to wait for the moolah when you get back.

Rule three: Stick to an upper threshold. I always imagine what I’d love to buy if I earn. The previous time I was able to go, I determined I would quite like to buy a new Video Game system which cost around $400, so that was my predetermined threshold. As soon as I achieved that value, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself gives you the next number for the roulette wheel, ignore her and walk away. Depart safe in the understanding that you will certainly be heading into the city and getting a nice new toy!

Rule 4: Enjoy yourself. When you are "buzzing" you will certainly succeed. It’s a fact. I do not know why, but it just is. Once it feels like a chore, or you are just playing to gain a profit you have lost, you usually will give up more. When you are profiting, feeling a good experience with your buddies, or your significant other, you will win even more.
